Analogy

I am trying to say,

Do you dare to dream?

what if ones can dream,
what if ones can have her/him dream be fulfilled?

The analogy that I wish I can be is.. a magnet.

If I were a magnet, I will be able to pull and push every single thing around me. To have the magnetic power of pushing away the bad thing that may give trouble if it sticks around, to keep the distance from the people who might hurt me in the future. To protect me from being hurt or left out. 

If I were a magnet, I will be able to pull good thing to stick around so that I can benefit from it. To be able to attract everything that I wish to have and to turn the unwanted stuff into the insulator for me to kick them out from my life, name it the fears, problems, prejudice in order to keep me sane.

To be able to live my life purposely.

Popcorn in the backyard

Hye. Sun, 12th April, I am #stayathome all weeks and spare most of my precious time making coffee and tasty food. Well, am not really a good cook but it looks more like spending my time doing the thing that I love the most.  Do your worst to explore what your actual ability is.  If I am lucky, the food tastes good and worth sweating a lot in the kitchen. Otherwise, I just deal with 'forcefully edible or might just throw in the bin' kinda food. Hehe.  I am just okay with how the food tastes like but might feel a little upset about it for a couple of hours, for real. 💁 Yesterday, I made myself homemade popcorn. I shoot a few steps on how to make it. This is really a random short video and I was in a mood to edit and record a voiceover. Hope this is helpful if you want to try doing it your own.  Just make sure you buy the popcorn kernels from the store. Trust me, replacing this using frozen corn or fresh corn would not help at all. Hey. Sat, 2rd May 2020 These days, I couldn't find the joy of eating white rice. I look through the soc media and something tasty crossed my mind. What would it be? It's been a while since the last time I eat buttermilk chicken. Only by thinking of it make me smile. I can't wait to enjoy the food. Well, it is the month of fasting so I have to wait till Maghrib. Put it aside, my mom cooked Nasi Daging with air asam but it is not my liking. I decided to cook my favourite dish for my family. As simple as the name itself, the ingredients are all present. I plucked the curry leaves in the backyard, minced the garlic and chillies, deep-fried chicken that coated with egg and flour, add in milk and cheese. All the dairy products! Simple right? Hey. Thur, 30th April 2020 Another great day for being able to breathe and to live a new day. I've been busy for the past few weeks, helping out my mom to take care of grandma who is not in a good state of health. However, since yesterday she started to recover way faster than we expected. Well, this is what we're praying for so long. I can't bear to see Mom not able to sleep at night since my grandma's bad habit came past midnight. Mom also met the doctor and he prescribed sleeping pills for grandma since she had a nightmare and sometimes was disturbed by 'something' that only she can see ( psst don't ask me what was that, I absolutely have no idea) I wouldn't say it is a ghost, but rather a restless spirit who had things to do with those people who came to visit my grandma for the past week.
